how We work
We buy primarily Organic and Fair Trade certified arabica beans, grown by dedicated farming cooperatives around the equator. Then we roast and deliver your beans in the same day to guarantee peak quality.

Whole-bean coffee is delivered carbon-free to your door by bicycle within our Salem-Keizer service area. We cover certain regions of town on specific days. Sign up for weekly delivery and you'll never be lacking for coffee!

Our freshly roasted beans are packaged in reusable glass mason jars. Subscription customers leave their empty jars by their door for collection and reuse. Individual orders include a $1 jar fee.
