You may pre-order coffee to be picked up at our market stand at a discount of $1 per pound or $4 per pound when you buy a 5-pound bag. Orders should be in by 9am Friday (September 1) to be ready for pickup on Saturday (September 2).
Nayarit, Mexico (NATURAL)- Blonde Roast
"Blonde" is our lightest roast. The beans are roasted just beyond "first crack."
Honduras- Full City Roast
"Full City" is a medium roast. The beans are roasted just up to the cusp of "second crack."
Honduras decaf- Full City Roast
"Full City" is a medium roast. The beans are roasted just up to the cusp of "second crack."

Colombia- City Roast
"City" is a medium-light roast. The beans are roasted well past the end of "first crack."
Kenya- Vienna Roast
"Vienna" is the darkest roast we offer. The beans are roasted into the first stages of 'second crack."
